Advance Recycling Fee ARF TCE
An Advance Recycling Fee system usually refers to a system in which consumers pay a flat fee when they buy a products that goes into a fund to recycle and dispose of that class of product. This is an alternative to a producer takeback recycling system in which producers must take back their products and internalize the cost of the end of life into the cost of the products.
