Texas Campaign for the Environment is a grassroots non-profit organization. It is a 501(c)(4) non-profit so that TCE has the freedom to organize for public policy and hold elected officials accountable to the residents of Texas, and contributions to TCE are not tax-deductible. TCE has a sister organization Public Research Works, PRW, which is a 501 (c)(3) organization and contributions to PRW are tax-deductible.
